TRI-AXIAL FABRIC
Tri-axial Fabric Series
The general direction of this product series are ETLX 0°/+45°/-45°and ETTX +45°/90°/-45°,also the directions can be randomly changed from ±30°to ±80°.the fabric weight is 450g/m2~2000g/m2,and chop mat with 50~500g/m2 or non-woven fabric can be stitched under the layers.
Main products: E-TLX450, E-TLX750, E-TLX808, E-TLX1200, E-TLX1215, E-TLX1500; (The weight range is 450~1800g/㎡)
Fiberglass stitched fabrics, as high-performance composite materials, have advantages of light weight, impact resistance, durability and high strength and others.The triaxial fabrics provides better axial force, aerodynamic lift and torque during the blade operation.

| Tri-Axial Mats are wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 86mm, and the roll has a diameter of 300mm. The roll is wrapped up with plastic film, and then packed in a cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft paper. The rolls are to be horizontally placed. For transportation the rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets. | ||||||||||||||||||||
