Capacity Expansion | Dongyu’s New Fiberglass Production Lines Officially Put into Operation

To meet the growing order demand from global markets, Changshu Dongyu Insulated Compound Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully launched multiple intelligent fiberglass production lines.

The newly added production lines cover key procedures including fiberglass drawing, twisting and chopped strand mat forming, achieving integrated upgrading from raw yarn processing to finished products. Equipped with automated equipment and standardized quality management, these lines can stably manufacture a full portfolio of reinforcement materials: direct roving, woven roving, chopped strand mat, woven fabric and special fiberglass textiles with improved product consistency, enabling efficient fulfillment of bulk orders.

Dongyu has long focused on fiberglass composite materials with strict control over every production procedure. The launch of new lines marks an overall upgrade in production capacity, flexible supply capacity and testing capability.
